The boys from Jersey have done it again! After the hype surrounding their debut album, The 59 Sound, surely the only way was down. After all, they were catapulted from nobodies to superstars overnight, gracing the covers of magazines, and being compared to a modern day Bruce Springsteen. Surely it couldn’t last? Surely they wouldn’t be able to keep on making ground breaking music. Well the band, made up of Brian Fallon (vocals, guitar) Alex Levine (bass, vocals) Benny Horowitz (drums and percussion) and Alex Rosamilia (guitar, vocals) have proved many critics wrong, judging by these two singles.

The Diamond Church Street Choir” starts of mellow, perfect for a Sunday morning, but once the guitars kick in the true attitude of Brian Fallon shines through and his gruff voice adds a new dimension to the song completely. This song is sure to be an instant sing along anthem for fans of the band. “Boxer” is an upbeat punk song full of attitude and is sure to be a regular at festivals to come! This song is sure to be an instant sing along anthem for fans of the band. I’m sure the fans will not be disappointed with the bands latest helping!
